Phonics and More
Reading Wave teaches a balanced blend of phonics word families, letter partners, and some common sight words. Kids will learn all the letter sounds in the English language. The next step will be learning that some letters change their sound when partnered with another letter such as "th" and "sh". Word families or rhyming words become the first words they learn, sometimes known as CVC words. Some words just don't follow the rules at all. The kids will learn these and more in this game set.
